I have been a customer for about 10 years , when i wanted the best Chinese food i order from here . This is now 2 times in a row that the food i ordered for pick up was not the right order , ordered Pork and shrimp Shanghai noodles ( no pork or vegtables ) Ordered chicken chop suey ( sent plain egg foo young ( Was burnt , no meat ) i through out.. The only thing that was good this time was the sweet and sour pork ( last time it was like rubber .. This was not what i was expecting from this restaurant . the only reason i did not phone and complained was my wife does business with you quite often and asked me not too .. won't be ordering from you again.

The food was terrible. I have eaten there before — it’s been a while — the quality has gone downhill.

On pickup, the food was ready before the stated time (that was great). The portions were very good and the food was fresh & hot. Upon eating the food, everything was delicious too.

The online order system was pretty easy to use but, the menu items seemed to be randomly listed, strange?

The only issue was that the paper copy of the take-out menu did not match the online menu listings (e.g. no lemon chicken online ordering but was on the paper menu...an item we wanted to order). There were a few other items as well like that.

Not the first time we have ordered here. And it was actually quite nice again. We'd recommend them. Our only problem, when ordering on-line, we usually go to last order and say reorder. This new order we then make some changes and delete the note we put in last time. But as per the last time the note did not delete at final confirmation. This time we caught that as last time it caused considerable delays in the order. What we had to do was go back a page and re-write a new note. TThis time it worked. But if you don't catch that then you will wait.

This was our first time ordering on line as we usually come to the restaurant to eat in house .
The food was just as fantastic- hot and tasty !
The Peking Duck wraps were soooo delicious!

We've had from here a couple times. This order I had removed the time for pickup yet it did not come off the order. My son was right there when I did it. When they went to pick up the order is was not ready because of the note. Therefor we beleiev you were rushed to have the food ready. Because of that we did notice the food was not the same quality or taste. Does not mean we will not order again but we will look elsewhere too.
